The brief was to create a one-day event for 20 top UK motorcycle journalists and key influencers, to test ride the new Gold Star and witness the return of such an iconic British brand.
We were responsible for planning and delivering all aspects of the event including delegate invites, venue finding, accommodation sourcing, riding waves, catering, route planning, H&S, photography and video, AV, staffing the live event, and providing lead and tail riders.
Taking place at Millbrook Proving Ground, in Bedfordshire, the format of the day ensured that each delegate got their own passing shots, tracking shots, pieces to camera, and that they went away with B-Roll footage and stills to use within their reviews. It was also important to provide them with plenty of riding time on the different terrains and courses that Millbrook provides.
As a result of this event, the coverage came pouring through, including making it to the front cover of the MCN and Geoff Hill from The Mirror said of the bike “I think I’ve fallen in love”.

The brief was to create an opportunity to review the previous 4 years sales and product development to the global dealer network and key suppliers. Bringing together dealers from across the globe to share the vision of what’s coming and to inspire dealers and key suppliers.
Taking place over 4 days at London Excel, the event consisted of an opening & closing plenary, gala dinner, expo, retail, delegate and crew accommodation, F&B, product and people logistics, breakout sessions, and live entertainment.
There were up to 1,500 delegates in attendance, with a phenomenal return on investment being £35m in product pre-orders.
