The marketing team at Royal Enfield were looking for a partner to deliver their dealer demo rides across the UK in October 2023. The crucial part of the brief was to have a friendly team, capable of looking after prospect customers and engaging with them throughout their demo ride experience, even in the inevitable wet weather! Our team were a perfect fit for the job, providing a welcome host, and highly experienced lead and tail riders. We planned the route, provided all H&S documentation and carried out rider briefings, ensuring that safety was of paramount importance throughout.
With Triumph's recent entrance into the 400cc category, their Scrambler X was never going to be far behind the Speed. And if we can manage the exclusive preview of one, we might as well do the other! This time a select few European press got to have a scramble (there's no better word for it), and a ride around the Cotswolds, providing a charming and quintessentially British backdrop to their experience.
The UK's newest Classic Motorcycle Festival came to Coventry on 23rd September 2023. Organised by Lukas Distribution, we were asked to support their in-house event team and take care of the demonstration rides for BSA's iconic Gold Star. Demo rides ran throughout the day: every hour, on the hour. We planned out the route, provided all H&S documentation, dealt with all the registration procedures when customers arrived, and provided experienced lead and tail riders to professionally and safely take customers out in groups.
We were asked to create an intimate UK based press ride experience for a select number of European press, to test ride the recently launched Speed 400. We chose the quintessentially British Cotswolds as the picturesque backdrop to their ride. The twisting country roads, rolling hills and post-card perfect villages were perfect for demonstrating the bike's capabilities.
As a prize for winning a Triumph dealership training programme, we brought sales staff from all corners of the world to the UK and treated them to an experience of a lifetime. Winners represented 14 countries across 4 continents. Our job was to create a week of activities and experiences, manage all logistics with getting them to the UK safely and looking after them throughout their whole experience.

We have established a reputation for strategically selecting destinations, venues, routes and the professional team around us to deliver unrivalled press rides that have a positive impact on sales.

We were tasked to project manage the design and implementation of the new Triumph Motorcycles "History in the Making" exhibition at the British Motor Museum. Woodcote Events provided event staff for the Zapp Electric Vehicles exhibition stand, at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022, on behalf of marketing agency Wearenameless. This was the first time Zapp had launched itself into the public domain, so articulating product knowledge and data capture, for lead generation, were the two key objectives.
