He has over 20 years’ experience in the motorcycle industry with 15 years’ experience in creating and delivering premium motorcycle events for both press, consumers, and staff. Gareth’s precision event planning skills, as well as his ability to lead a team, problem solve and do it all with a playful attitude, make him a reliable and strong events manager. Since leaving Triumph Gareth has taken the lead on various other event projects for other clients within the manufacturing, F&B, engineering, and plant hire industries, which has proven his ability to adapt his event planning experience to any requirement.
Jo has over 20 years’ experience of marketing inspiring and award-winning brands. Having worked on both sides of the fence; agency and client side, Jo takes great satisfaction in developing creative communication strategies that customers can really connect with. Her agency experience includes managing accounts for Speedo, Boots International and EON however, for the past 15 years Jo has specialised in the leisure and tourism industry. Jo succeeded in raising the profile of some of Norfolk’s best loved attractions where her passion has been to deliver experiences that delight customers, regardless of age. During her time within the Leisure & Tourism industry Jo has planned and organised a multitude of consumer events, where memorable experiences, fun and learning have been at the heart of every brand message. Jo brings ideas and creative flair to the table, but has exceptional organisational skills too, so knows how to dot the I’s and cross the T’s.
Sophia prides herself in creating events that leave guests in wonder. That attention to detail, adding the star on top and offering a total event management package. Having spent the best part of 20 years heading up a Global Events Team at Cadbury’s and successfully delivered every type of event conceivable, Sophia set up her own event, travel and incentive agency in 2016 which she still runs today. Whilst contracting at Triumph, Sophia met Gareth and together they formed a formidable partnership where she supported him on the numerous bike events, both domestic and overseas. Her love for these types of events has continued at Woodcote Events and, as such, when booked on one of the many events, you know you will be in safe hands.
Biscuit is a Romanian rescue dog, who has been residing at Woodcote Events HQ since August 2020. Born in April 2020, Biscuit was brought to the UK as an unusual and unknown breed and since then has grown, despite his little legs. We still don’t know exactly what he is, other than extremely hairy (if you have any idea, please feel free to email us). He loves carrots, crisps, and popcorn. He helps the Woodcote Team recharge with walks before the working day starts; at lunchtime and at the end of the day once the office door has been closed. He won’t interfere with your event or experience however he is great moral support when needed.
