About us

We are premium experience creators

We’re an established, close-knit team of event professionals who thrive on getting the details right and making our clients’ lives easier.

Based in Leicestershire, we specialise in automotive events, bringing decades of experience across a wide range of sectors - from roadshows to global brand activations. Between us, we’ve delivered events across Europe, Asia and the US.

Proudly independent, we were recognised as a standout business in our first three years, reflecting our drive, energy and strong foundations.

As we continue to grow, we remain hands-on and collaborative, building long-term partnerships and delivering consistent results that make complex projects feel straightforward.

Biscuit the dog

Biscuit is a Romanian rescue dog, who has been with us in the UK since August 2020. We are not quite sure what breed he is, perhaps a Tibetan Terrier cross, but what we do know is that he is extremely hairy. He loves carrots, crisps, and popcorn and keeps the Woodcote Team on their toes with three walks a day, when they're not working on a live event.
