to join us and celebrate our special day.
The wedding venue
We've chosen this very quirky and rural location for our wedding.
C/O Poplars Farm, Great Dalby Road, Kirby Bellars, Leicestershire, LE14 2TN.
Parking at the venue is limited. For that reason we will be booking coach transport for any guests staying in Melton Mowbray, and we encourage car sharing where possible, however you are welcome to park at the venue if these arrangements do not suit your needs. Please read further down to find out more...

Before you make a decision about where to stay, read on, as there are a couple of things we have planned that might help you with your decision.
Theme
We are bringing a festival vibe to our marriage union! There won't be a huge amount of tradition at our wedding, so bring your best party frock and dancing shoes, plus sequins if you have them, and be prepared to dance the night away!
Festival headgear and accessories will be most welcome!
Transport
We are organising a coach to pick-up and drop-off guests who will be staying in Melton Mowbray. Pick-up will be for evening guests only however the return journey will be for all guests, via Premier Inn (Melton Mowbray) and Long Clawson for our local friends. Collection will be at midnight from The Old Cow Shed. As you are a full day guest, you are welcome to leave your car at the venue and/or car share, and then get the coach back to your accommodation, so you can have a few drinks!
Breakfast the next day
We'd love for you to join us for breakfast the next day at the Kitchen & Coffee, 10 Sherrard St, Melton Mowbray LE13 1XJ. We'll be there from 11am. It'll be a great way to share stories from the night before!
Wedding Gifts
Coming to our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you would like to get us a little something, a contribution to our honeymoon would be much appreciated. We hope to make it to Thailand, fingers crossed....
Love Locks
As we are not sticking with tradition, we will not be having a guest book. Instead we invite you to bring a padlock along, with a little message to us from you, written or engraved, which we can enjoy as a keepsake of our day with our loved ones. This is by no means compulsory, so please don't feel you have to buy one. All will be explained during the ceremony!
Please tell us more
Please RSVP with the following information as soon as you can (no later than Friday 31st March 2023).
